Susan English is Tutor at Open University, London. She took part to all RILW events, as an active member of Scientific Committee. Her PhD thesis, at University of Plymouth, in 2000, was oriented to integrating ICT in teaching and learning. She is one of the editors of the volume “Toward the Virtual University: International Online learning Perspectives”, Information Age Publ., Connecticut, 2003.

Nic Nistor, Reader at the Ludwig Maximilian University of München, and co-Chairman of Romanian Internet Learning Workshop, graduating Electronics Faculty of Technical University Bucharest, and Institut für Pädagogische Psychologie, München, with a PhD in e-Learning (1999). He is an European pioneer in the Virtual Seminars development.
